Please indicate your name or surname, telephone number or email address, so we could contact you, check the information and answer.
The most common reasons of buses / trolleybuses lateness: traffic jam on city streets, traffic accident blocking the road and breakdowns of buses / trolleybuses.
The passengers often complain that buses / trolleybuses arrive earlier, but after the analysis of such complaints we usually determine these are the cases of lateness of the previous vehicles.
In 2015 there was introduced a new app “m.ticket” where users can write complains or suggestions.
